This website is owned and operated by Cyrex Inc, a division of Cyrex Ltd- the official brand owner and manufacturers of products falling under the registered trademark ElectraStim.
SHOPPING WITH US
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal Pro which is a secure third party provider. We do not have access to your credit card details at any stage of the transaction. Orders are charged immediately and dispatch confirmation will be emailed to the address supplied.
We've also launched with @klarna to bring you flexible payment options at checkout.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging via a tracked courier service and will usually require a signature upon receipt. There will be no mention of 'ElectraStim' or our products anywhere on the parcel and the sender will be listed as 'Cyrex Inc'.

STOCK
All items listed on this website are in stock and available for delivery. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order you will be contacted immediately and either refunded, or issued with a backorder.
TAX
All prices on this website are inclusive of any tax applicable to your region. The price you see is the price you pay.
RETURNS
Your rights to return goods are protected under Internet Selling Directives. We can accept the return of unopened, unused products for a full refund if they are returned to us within 28 working days.
Please note, if you have purchased your ElectraStim products from another seller, you will need to return the goods directly to them.
To arrange a return you should contact us (or the seller) by email or telephone, quoting your order number. We will then advise you how to return your products.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights if we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in new, sealed condition unless faulty. Please note that we will require all faulty items to be returned to us (or the place of purchase) with original proof of purchase for testing before a replacement or refund can be offered.
You will need to bear the cost of return postage, but if the item is found to be faulty (within 12 months of purchase) we will replace or repair the item and ship it back to you for free. Please ensure that all returned items are in a clean and hygienic condition. Items that become faulty due to misuse are not covered by our returns policy or warranty.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
PRIVACY
Cyrex Ltd/Cyrex Inc do not disclose customer information to third parties other than delivery companies solely for the purpose of delivering your goods to you.
Cookies are used on this website where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ option at checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Cyrex Ltd/Cyrex Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, harm or accident resulting from the use of any of its products, howsoever caused. The use of Cyrex products implies that you have read the instructions prior to use and have accepted these terms. No medical claims are expressed or implied.
