• Please note that as this is an ElectraStim Early Access item the usual boxed packaging is not included. The accessory will be secured in a hygienic heat-seal bag and includes instructions and a microfibre storage bag. 

1. Pull the magnetic pieces of the ring apart. Please make sure you have a secure grip.

2. Apply plenty of conductive gel to the inside of the ring and your scrotum above the balls. 

3. Carefully insert your entire scrotum through the stretcher. Making sure that you do not pinch the skin, place the magnetic piece back to close- each ring has a indented marking that shows the proper alignment of the piece. You should feel a significant but comfortable weight on your balls once you gently release the stretcher and allow it to hang. 

4. Connect and turn on your electro stimulator (sold separately) to enjoy the sensations!

* Please note that you will also need to use a second unipolar accessory to complete the circuit. We recommend a cock ring or other surface electrode.
