Cancelling an order
Your rights to return goods purchased from this website are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We can accept the return of unopened, unused products in original retail packaging for a full refund provided they are returned to us within 30 working days of receipt of your order. All returned items will be inspected and if they have been opened or used they will be rejected.
You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault; for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Returning a faulty Stimulator
Our ElectraStim stimulators all have a 12 month warranty as standard (and a free upgrade to 3 years if registered) so all faulty stimulators are eligible for a free repair or replacement within this time.
To arrange a return of a faulty or damaged item purchased from this website you need to send an email to info@electrastim.com with your order number and some more information about the fault. Many of our products can be quickly fixed remotely with some troubleshooting, however if the item is clearly inoperable or mechnically broken this will need to be sent to us.
All returned orders must enclose a completed RMA Form obtained from our Customer Services team and will not be accepted without. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, so we always recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage.
Damage that has been caused by force or misuse are not eligible for a free repair. This includes broken charging ports or output sockets that have been damaged by excessive force.
Once the returned stimulator has been received it will be inspected by our warehouse and repaired or replaced.
If you have purchased from a third party within the last 12 months you are still eligible for a repair or replacement but you will need to contact the original seller first and they will liaise with us.
Faulty Accessories
Accessories and toys do not have the same warranty period but we want you to enjoy your purchase and will endeavour to solve any issues. Please contact us on info@electrastim.com for assistance.
We appreciate that a fault may not be noticed until the item has been used, so if you've been asked to return a used item, please ensure you clean it thoroughly beforehand. All Returns are tested at our small workshop.
Rejected Returns 🚫
All returns whether they're faulty or not; within Warranty or outside of it must be returned in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
Items received in an unsanitary condition will be rejected and you will be notified.
In order to receive your items back, we ask that you cover the cost of postage (£10 as of January 2025)
Alternatively, we offer a 'Rejected Return' cleaning service for a fee of £40 which covers labour and PPE equipment as all repairs are carried out by hand. This fee also includes the postage cost to return it to you after repair.
Out of Warranty Returns
ElectraStim stimulators are designed to have a long lifespan so if you are outside of the Warranty period but require a repair we offer a paid full refurbishment service. Please contact us on info@electrastim.com to book your unit in for an overhaul!
Extended Stimulator Warranty
To extend your stimulator warranty to 3 years (for FREE) please visit our Warranty page within the first 4 weeks of purchase.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
