Useful adapter cable

This is a useful adapter cable, which isn't widely available, that allows you to mix-and-match power boxes and toys from different manufacturers.

Unfortunately it only works with 3.5mm jacks so you need to buy a separate adapter in order to use 2.5mm jacks. I see that one of ElectraStim's other types of cable includes this separate 3.5mm-to-2.5mm adapter, so I'm not sure why it isn't also included with this cable. The strain reliever at the jack end of the cable is so stiff that it doesn't really bend and so the cable itself bends sharply at this point and this could lead to the cable breaking over time. However it's worth noting that this same issue is present on the equivalent adapter cable from the only other source I've found for this type of adapter.

Whilst this adapter cable isn't quite as good as most Electrastim products it is still as good as any equivalent adapters that I've found, so despite its shortcomings I can still recommend it.

Handy and necessary for using other brand products. However, I had to buy an additional adapter to use my 2.5mm devices with ElectraStim. I got those (like my favorite electro-parachute) before I knew of ElectraStim. I'm "sold" on ElectraStim quality and capabilities in general, now.
